Lv Jun, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree in Literature and is an editor. He serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection of the Second Hospital of Shandong University. He is the Director Designate of the Medical Ethics Committee of the Shandong Provincial Medical Association and the Vice President of the Shandong Medical Ethics Association.
