Feng Shiqing, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Ph.D. in Medicine and is a professor, doctoral supervisor, chief physician, and a recipient of national talent recognition. He currently serves as the President of the Second Hospital and the Second Clinical College of Shandong University. Additionally, he is the Director of the Orthopedic Medical Research Center at Shandong University. He also holds concurrent positions such as the Chair of the 10th International Society for Neurorestoratology, Leader of the Innovation and Transformation Group of the Orthopedics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Deputy Chair of the Special Committee on Neurorestoratology of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
