During the NPC and CPPCC, Party Secretary Liu Lihua of the Second Hospital of Shandong University was hosted on People's Daily Online's program "The Secretary is Here". She shared insights under the theme of "Building a Robust Party Framework and Leading High-Quality Development". This included experiences and practices of the Second Hospital of Shandong University in strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Party and improving the medical experience for the people.

The Central Committee of the Party attaches great importance to the Party's construction in public hospitals and has issued a series of policy documents to guide the Party's building work and high-quality development of public hospitals. As we embark on the new journey towards comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country, the 20th National Congress of the Party has explicitly written "strengthening the Party construction in hospitals" into the Party Constitution, providing fundamental guidance and a scientific path for further promoting the Party construction in public hospitals.

Liu Lihua emphasized the hospital's experience in strengthening comprehensive Party leadership for high-quality development. She highlighted the significance of effectively using the "golden key" and establishing the "Party Building+" brand. This involves seamlessly integrating Party building with daily operations, creating a robust Party framework. She also discussed the understanding of "the requirements of high-quality development for improving medical quality in public hospitals". From creating high-quality disciplines, implementing high-level medical technology, efficient operational management, and advanced information technology platforms to building a high-quality talent pool, she introduced a series of measures and achievements in providing high-quality services. During the interview, Liu Lihua emphasized the hospital's approach and philosophy in the hierarchical layout of disciplines. She combined examples to introduce four models of discipline integration: the full-chain health service model, differentiated development model, integrated development model, and cross-fusion development model. These models represent successful explorations in promoting discipline construction through diversified integration approaches.

She also shared the hospital's experiences and practices in enhancing patient satisfaction by breaking through time and space limitations, as well as service radius and offline consultation models. Under the strong leadership of the hospital's Party Committee, the Second Hospital of Shandong University has pioneered the development of the "One Hospital, Three Districts +" framework, achieving steady and orderly progress in various aspects of work.
